WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE? Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept all major credit cards.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD? At this time, we do not have gift cards, but please look for them in the future. This is something we would love to provide for our customers!
WHAT ADDRESS WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO? Your purchase will be sent to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order.
CAN I SHIP TO A FRIEND? Of course you can! Just enter your friend's address in the shipping address field, and we will make sure it is delivered to them.
CAN YOU INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER? Absolutely! Just let us know at checkout, and we would be more than happy to include a hand-written note with your order, for no extra charge.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Small packages are shipped USPS, and larger packages are sent through USPS or FEDEX. During the busy holiday season, please allow a few extra days as we are a small shop, doing our best to package up your order as soon as possible! You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING RATES? We do our absolute best to keep shipping costs at a minimum, but some of our items, (such as our large wooden arrows) are heavy and must be shipped in irregular sized boxes, therefore it can get expensive. If you are in the Phoenix area, please be sure to check out our "Upcoming Markets" tab, as we regularly post details about our upcoming markets and the artisan fairs we will be selling at. We would love to meet you, and finding The Copper Anchor at one of these events is a great way to snatch up our products without having to pay the cost of shipping.
DO YOU EVER OFFER FREE SHIPPING? Yes! We know it is not possible for many of our customers to meet up with us at local artisan fairs or markets to buy our products without paying for shipping, so any order over $125 qualifies for FREE SHIPPING!! That's right, shipping is on the house for any order over $125! Just enter code: HOORAY at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Currently, we only ship our physical products domestically within the US, but all of our digital downloads/printables can be sent to any email address in the world, so no matter where you live you can shop our full line of printable art, here. We hope to expand our shipping services in the future, so please check back soon!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? All sales are final, with the exceptions of damaged/defective products, or in the event that we shipped you the wrong item. If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase from The Copper Anchor, we will work with you to resolve the issue. RETURN POLICY FOR DIGITAL ITEMS: Due to the nature of digital downloads and the instant access you receive, no refunds will be given once the file has been sent. However, we will do everything possible to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Copper Anchor.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED? Once your package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the post office, but we understand that sometimes accidents happen. If you receive an item that is damaged/lost in the mail please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Your items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent.

WHAT ABOUT THE VARIATIONS IN HANDMADE PRODUCTS? Everything we make is inspected carefully before it leaves our shop, but please know that all of our handmade items are just that...handmade! These items are not mass-produced in a factory by a big corporation, but rather lovingly made with hours of hard work poured into each piece we create. Therefore as a result, slight variations in the finished product, wood grain, color, and stain will occur. We believe this only adds to the charm and originality of each piece we sell.
